The goal here is to sprint through these 3 circuits as quickly as we can.
You'll progress through the following as 21 reps thrusters, 21 burpees, 15 thrusters, 15 burpees, 9 thrusters, 9 burpees.
This circuit will go for 20 minutes.
5 reps of supermans
10 reps of push ups
15 reps of squats
The goal is to get through the 20 minutes with as few breaks as possible.
5 round of each exercise, EMOM (every minute on the minute)
