5 round of each exercise, EMOM (every minute on the minute)
Keep your eye on the clock. Every time the clock strikes a new minute, complete one round of the movement, i.e. 20 reps of jump squats. After completing 5 rounds of that movement, proceed to 5 rounds of the next movement, i.e. burpees.
20/10 Jump squat
5/3 Inchworm walkout
20/10 High knees
15/10 Plank jacks
The rep format "X/Y" X is the number of reps to begin with Y is the backup reps to drop to ONLY IF you're unable to complete X within the minute
